Despite the bitter winter temperatures that made the room uncomfortable, my stay at the hotel had its positives like a good view from the room. The friendly staff created a modern and homely atmosphere, even though the service had some hiccups. The fantastic location near the church and grotto was a big plus, although the dining experience could improve. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some great highlights.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, offering a nice view, but they didn't fully meet my preferences due to their proximity to the street. The location was excellent for exploring Lourdes and accessing the Pyrenean mountains, with plenty of dining options nearby. The service was outstanding, particularly from the lady staff members, Eloise and others, who were polite and very helpful. The dining spread was decent, though the selection was somewhat limited at a price of €9. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
